Galactic Census

Our galaxy is packed with hundreds of billions of stars, and yet we haven't organized a galactic census! Where are all those Vulcans, Vogons, and Vorlons?

Enough procrastination! How are we going to venture into the starry paths and avoid interstellar wars if we don't know where the centers of galactic power, trade, and diplomacy are?

Unfortunately, resources are scarce, so in these crisis times, we can't send census takers to wander through space. Therefore, while waiting for better times, we can rely on Drake's equation.
